Hi, I’m Ashlynd, the hands behind Press Cult. I started doing my own nails in 2020 as a creative outlet and a way to change up my style whenever I wanted. Eventually, that turned into making nails for other people, too.

Every Press Cult set is designed and handmade by me using full-cover nail tips and professional gel products. I make everything in small batches, with original designs ranging from minimal to a little weird and everything in between.

WHAT ARE PRESS CULT NAILS MADE FROM?

Every Press Cult set is handmade by me using full-cover nail tips and professional gel nail products. Each design is created layer by layer, just like nail art you'd receive at a salon, except you can apply, remove, and wear them again.

ARE PRESS CULT NAILS REUSABLE?

Yes! With proper application, removal, and care, your nails can be worn multiple times.

Avoid pulling or forcing your press-ons off, as this can damage both the press-on and your natural nail. Application, removal, and care instructions are included with every set.

HOW DO I FIND MY SIZE?

For the most accurate fit, I recommend using a Press Cult physical sizing kit. You can choose between a $3.50 12-nail sizing kit or [COMING SOON] a 24-nail single-color set that allows you to find your sizing while also giving you a wearable set.

Virtual sizing through SizeKit is also available and sent to new clients after your first order.

DO I NEED A NEW SIZING KIT FOR EVERY ORDER?

No. Once you know your sizing for a particular shape and length, you can use those sizes again for future Press Cult orders in that same shape and length.

However, because sizing can vary between shapes and lengths, you may need to size again when trying a different shape.

WHAT IF I'M BETWEEN SIZES?

Size up. A nail that's slightly too large can be gently filed along the sides for a more precise fit. A nail that's too small can't be made larger.

WHAT COMES WITH MY NAILS?

Each set includes 10 handmade press-on nails in your selected sizing, plus a prep and application kit containing:

Nail glue
Alcohol wipes
Buffer block
Nail file
Cuticle stick
Application and removal instructions

HOW LONG WILL MY ORDER TAKE?

Standard processing time right now is 5–10 business days before shipping. Current business days are Monday - Friday.

Custom commission turnaround times may vary and will be discussed during the commission process.

Shipping time is separate from processing time and depends on the shipping method selected at checkout.

DO YOU ACCEPT CUSTOM ORDERS?

Yes! Custom commissions are available through my Custom Commission Request process.

Submit your ideas and inspiration through the request form, and I'll review your design, determine the appropriate design tier and pricing, confirm availability and timing, and guide you through placing your order.

CAN YOU RECREATE ANOTHER NAIL ARTIST'S DESIGN?

Inspiration is always welcome, but I may slightly adapt or interpret another artist's work rather than create an exact copy.

If you have a particular design in mind, submit it through the custom commission form and I'll let you know what's possible.

IS THERE ANY NAIL ART YOU DON'T OFFER?

At this time, I don't offer portraits, photorealistic artwork, or extremely intricate character/illustrative designs.

I'm also still developing my 3D nail art, so 3D elements are available selectively depending on the requested design.

CAN I ORDER A REPLACEMENT NAIL?

Yes! If you lose or damage a nail from your set, or if one doesn't fit quite right, individual replacements may be available.

Please DM @presscultnails or email ashlynd@presscultnails.com before purchasing a replacement so I can confirm the design and nail you need and guide you through the replacement process.

DO YOU ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES?

Because Press Cult sets are handmade and made specifically to your sizing, all sales are final and I don't accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.

If your order arrives damaged in transit or I've made an error with your order, please refer to the Return & Refund Policy for instructions and applicable reporting windows.

WHAT IF MY NAILS DON'T FIT?

Press Cult is not responsible for incorrect sizing submitted with an order or discrepancies resulting from virtual sizing.

For this reason, I strongly recommend using a physical sizing kit before ordering, especially for your first set or when trying a new shape or length. However, replacement nails are available for purchase.

WHAT IF MY PACKAGE IS LOST OR DELAYED?

Once your order ships, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier and delays can occasionally occur.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. If tracking indicates that your package may be lost or there is another carrier-related issue, contact me at ashlynd@presscultnails.com and I'll help however I can.
